When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 3 to 4 business days. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes an additional 3 to 5 weeks, depending on your location. Please be aware that during peak shopping seasons, processing times may extend up to 6 business days before your order is sent out. Additionally, we currently do not offer pickup points for collection; all deliveries will be made to your specified shipping address.
My order is incomplete?
Due to our extensive network of storage locations and partnerships with various producers, it's possible for you to receive your items in separate packages. Therefore, there's no need for concern if all items do not arrive at the same time. We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience, and average delivery times range from 3 to 5 weeks; however, some packages may require a little extra time to reach you.
If your package fails to arrive after 45 business days following your order date, we will promptly issue you a full refund. You will also be allowed to keep the item should it eventually arrive.
